Shipping & Returns
If you need to return your item for a full refund, you must do within 14 days of the date you received your purchase. The item must be in good condition and you must have proof of purchase with either an order number or receipt.
Any situations that do not meet the previously mentioned criteria will only be eligible for an exchange. We gladly accept exchanges for a different size or different product of equal or lesser value. You can mail back your item within the 45 days and we will ship the new size or item, on us.
Please email email@example.com to let us know your return or exchange is on the way.
Unfortunately, if it has been longer than 45 days we can not do an exchange. We are continuously changing our product line and may no longer carry the item.
We do not manufacture the clothes or shoes in the house and any manufacturing issues with a product need to be reported within 14 days after you received your purchase to be eligible for a replacement. Examples of manufacture flaws include a hole, seam issues, broken chain..etc. Pilling is not a manufacturing flaw.
